Vacuum sealer is a process of storing food to keep it fresh in a longer time. Usually an air-tight pack bottle or plastic bags, canisters, and mason jars  is used to prevent the growth of microorganisms or aerobic bacteria. We all know that there are various food in the market that must be stored in an airless environment. In this way, the vacuum packed food will prevent the atmospheric oxygen so that food spoilage will be avoided. The evaporation of volatile components of the food or drink will also be prevented. Cereals, nuts, cured meats, cheese, smoked fish, coffee, and crisps are being vacuum packed to maintain its freshness. Fresh foods like vegetables, meats, and liquids like soups are packed in a shorter time because vacuum condition cannot stop bacteria from getting water. Vacuum packaging of food will prolong its life by to 3-5 times. Vacuum packing of frozen foods will prevent freezer burn which ruins the flavor and texture of foods.
